Our history
NARBO was founded by the association between two long-time friends, Reno Narbonne et François Bolduc, with the aim of using their complementary skills to carve out a place for themselves in the world of real estate development in Quebec. Our leaders have collectively over 25 years experience and have developed and built over 500 residential units of all types, including concrete towers, townhouses, wooden buildings, etc.

The 10 year vision
Within the next 10 years, we will develop, build and operate over 1,200 residential units under the MAXWELL brand. MAXWELL developments strive for a perfect balance between quality and affordability, all in a spirit of micro-community in key cities of the greater Montreal metropolitan area. Over 250 units are currently either under development or construction.
Through our non-profit entity ÉCLA, we will also develop and manage the construction of 1,200 affordable housing units in the greater Montreal area.
