Our redevelopment and construction project at 2693 boulevard Pie-IX in Montreal involves the design and construction of a building that will offer 22 modern, high-quality residential units.

To make this project possible, we had to go through the process of changing the zoning to allow for the construction of 4 floors above ground. Our team of experts worked closely with local authorities to ensure that the project complied with all regulatory requirements.

The total redevelopment budget for this project is approximately 7.8 million dollars, and it will count 18,000 square feet of livable space. We will rebuild the original building facade and extend the building footprint, as well as adding a new floor to provide additional living space for the residents.
